These terms explain how reservations, payments, travel readiness, guest conduct, itinerary flexibility, and retreat participation work at Natural Mystic Pavones.

Our goal is to keep the booking process transparent so guests understand what they are reserving, what remains flexible, and what responsibilities come with joining a small retreat in Pavones.
Reservation agreement
A booking is confirmed only when payment is accepted and all required guest information and acknowledgements are completed.
Payment timing
Deposits, layaway payments, balances, and due dates must be met to keep a reserved space in good standing.
Flexible itineraries
Surf, weather, road, ocean, staffing, and community conditions may require thoughtful changes to the planned schedule.
Respectful participation
Guests are expected to treat the home, hosts, staff, community, ocean, and fellow travelers with care and respect.
By booking, you agree to the retreat policies.
These Terms & Conditions apply to Natural Mystic Pavones retreat reservations, private retreat arrangements, add-ons, activities, local support, and related guest services. By placing a deposit, making a payment, submitting guest information, or attending a retreat, you agree to follow these terms along with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Liability Waiver, Privacy Policy, and any retreat-specific instructions sent before arrival.
Natural Mystic Pavones may decline or cancel participation when a guest does not complete required forms, fails to make required payments, provides inaccurate information, creates safety concerns, or behaves in a way that conflicts with the retreat environment.
Guests must provide accurate contact, travel, health, dietary, emergency-contact, and participant information when requested.
A reservation is personal to the approved guest unless Natural Mystic Pavones approves a replacement or transfer in writing.
Parents or guardians are responsible for minors and must complete any required minor-specific acknowledgements.
Payments keep your retreat space reserved.
A deposit or approved first payment reserves a specific retreat space subject to current availability and written confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable because they hold limited inventory and begin retreat planning. If your booking uses a payment plan, layaway schedule, or balance due date, each required payment must be made on time to keep the booking active.
Unless a retreat-specific agreement states otherwise, final balances are due before arrival by the deadline shown during booking or communicated by Natural Mystic Pavones. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of the reservation under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices, inclusions, rooms, add-ons, and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed.
Payment-processing fees, currency conversion, card fees, or bank charges are the guest's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Guests should not book flights or third-party travel until their retreat reservation has been confirmed.
Guests are responsible for personal travel readiness.
Guests are responsible for passports, entry requirements, visas if applicable, airline arrangements, transportation to designated meeting points, medical readiness, medication, travel insurance, emergency contacts, and any personal equipment they choose to bring. Natural Mystic Pavones may provide travel suggestions or coordination support, but guests remain responsible for their own travel decisions and third-party bookings.
Guests should be physically and mentally prepared for a remote tropical surf destination with ocean activity, variable weather, uneven terrain, boat or vehicle travel, insects, wildlife, limited services, and conditions that may differ from home. If you have a medical condition, injury, allergy, dietary restriction, disability, pregnancy-related concern, or special accommodation request, notify Natural Mystic Pavones before booking or as soon as possible.
Natural Mystic Pavones does not guarantee surf size, weather, wildlife sightings, road conditions, travel timing, or a specific activity outcome.
Guests are responsible for evaluating whether any activity is appropriate for their own ability, comfort, and health.
Travel insurance with medical, evacuation, cancellation, interruption, delay, and baggage protection is strongly recommended.
The retreat is guided, but nature stays in charge.
Retreat schedules, surf sessions, excursions, meals, transportation timing, guides, instructors, boats, equipment, and add-ons may change because of swell, tides, weather, safety, road conditions, availability, staffing, local partner needs, or other practical realities. Natural Mystic Pavones may adjust the itinerary, substitute a similar experience, or cancel an activity when doing so supports safety or responsible operations.
Guests must follow reasonable instructions from Natural Mystic Pavones staff, guides, instructors, captains, drivers, and local partners. Unsafe behavior, harassment, discrimination, intoxication that creates risk, illegal activity, disrespect toward staff or community members, damage to property, or disruption of the retreat environment may result in removal from activities or from the retreat without refund.
These terms are governed by the policies presented at booking and by any written retreat-specific agreement between the guest and Natural Mystic Pavones. If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts should still be interpreted to protect the retreat, guests, staff, and community as closely as possible.
Guests are responsible for damage they cause to accommodations, boards, vehicles, equipment, property, or third-party assets.
Natural Mystic Pavones may photograph or film general retreat moments for business use unless a guest requests privacy limits in writing before or during the retreat.
Questions about these terms should be raised before booking so expectations are clear.
